Green Earth Pressure Wash is owned and run by a college-educated family that has served South Florida for over 30 years. We built the company around a simple philosophy: great customer service backed by integrity, dependability, and honesty.
What we do
We’ve worked in this industry since 1992, and we understand the intricacies of aesthetic restoration — what makes a surface look genuinely renewed rather than just recently wet.
Our goal is to thoroughly address any commercial or residential pressure cleaning need. The knowledge gained from decades of restoring properties to their original luster is what lets us leave a property with an overwhelmingly clean look and feel.
We understand pressure cleaning problems and develop affordable, cost-effective remedies that are second to none. Where a property has a recurring need, we’ve found that a multi-year service contract is the best way for an association or management group to secure additional savings — and we’ve earned preferred vendor status with many local and national management companies and HOAs.

Uniformed crews, supervised on site
Every crew wears company uniforms and works under an experienced foreman who stays on the property start to finish. Field supervisors wear black; technicians wear neon green.

All employees attend monthly safety meetings. OSHA guidelines are strictly followed and well-maintained safety equipment is used on every job.

Kenneth G. Bolsch
Founder & President
Started a deck powerwashing and sealing business as a high school sophomore in Allendale, New Jersey and built it into a thriving seasonal enterprise. After earning a Bachelor's in Hospitality from Johnson & Wales University, he joined the family catering business and founded Jetstar Inflight, a private and corporate aircraft catering company in the New York tri-state region, which he later sold to an international buyer. He researched and developed the Green Earth Powerwashing brand before relocating to South Florida in 2010, and built it into the company it is today.
Kenneth J. Bolsch
Executive VP
Grew up in Bergen County, New Jersey and joined the family restaurant business after graduating from Wagner College. He helped transform it from a mom-and-pop operation into a multi-million-dollar catering facility, then developed the family's 24/7 inflight catering business before its sale to an international buyer. He moved to South Florida in 2010.

Earned an AA degree from Johnson & Wales University and managed the family restaurant and inflight catering business before moving to Florida full time in 2015 to help manage and grow Green Earth Powerwashing.
Mike Doyle
Director of Operations & Corporate Franchise Trainer
A Florida native with a hospitality background — several years as a restaurant captain for the Ritz Carlton, then restaurant manager at Admirals Cove, an exclusive HOA and country club, where he served as Operations Manager and planned construction of their new restaurant facility. He joined Green Earth in 2019 as a field supervisor and worked his way up. When he's not with Green Earth, he's in or on the ocean.
