Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2, 2026
These Terms cover how we do business. By hiring us, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to what is below. We kept it short and plain. If anything is unclear, call us and ask.
01 · Who we are
Green Earth Pressure Washing is a Florida business operating as a DBA of Green Earth Power Washing, a franchise. We are based in Orlando and we clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, roofs, pool decks, parking garages, and concrete across Central Florida.
In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Green Earth Pressure Washing. “You” means the property owner, manager, board, or agency that hires us.
We work mainly with commercial property: apartments, condos, HOAs, property management companies, and municipalities. We also take residential work.
02 · Quotes and estimates
Quotes are free. We visit the property, measure the surfaces, check access and water supply, and send you a line-item quote.
Quotes are good for 30 days from the date issued. After that, prices may change.
A quote is not a contract. The contract starts when you approve the quote in writing and we schedule the work.
How we price
Our prices cover labor, chemicals, equipment, water, and cleanup. Larger jobs are priced by the day or by the square foot depending on the scope.
Some conditions cost more and we will show them as separate lines on your quote:
- Work above ground level that needs a lift, boom, or extended reach
- Heavy rust, deep oil penetration, or staining that needs repeat treatment
- Rush scheduling that moves our crew off booked work
- Travel outside the Orlando metro area
- Sealers or specialty chemicals beyond our standard solution
A minimum service charge applies to small jobs. It will be on your quote before you approve anything.
If we find something during the job that was not visible at the quote, we stop and show you. You decide whether to add it. We do not add work or cost without your approval.
03 · What pressure washing can and cannot do
We clean to a commercial standard using hot water, low-pressure soft wash, and biodegradable treatments. That removes dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and most staining. It does not make old surfaces new.
Some stains are permanent. Rust, deep oil penetration, etching, battery acid, paint transfer, and long-term organic staining may lighten rather than fully disappear. Concrete that has absorbed a stain for years may keep some of it.
If we expect a surface to hold its stain, we will tell you before we start, not after.
Cleaning also reveals things. Faded paint, worn sealant, and surface damage that dirt was hiding will be more visible once the dirt is gone. That is the surface underneath, not damage we caused.
04 · Existing conditions and property access
We photograph the property before we begin and again when we finish. Anything already damaged gets documented and shared with you the same day.
We are not responsible for conditions that exist before we arrive. That includes:
- Failing, chalking, or improperly applied paint that comes off under cleaning
- Gaps, worn weatherstripping, or bad seals around doors and windows that let water in
- Loose mortar, spalling concrete, cracked stucco, or damaged siding
- Damaged, brittle, or improperly installed screens
- Worn or failing sealant on decks and hardscape
- Roof damage, missing shingles, or compromised flashing
Where we spot a risk during the walkthrough, we will flag it before we work. If a condition makes cleaning unsafe or likely to cause damage, we may decline that part of the scope.
Access
We need safe access to the work areas and a working water source on the scheduled days. For most commercial jobs we draw from a fire hydrant with the proper permit, or from an on-site supply you provide.
Before we arrive, please make sure:
- Gates are open or we have current codes
- Vehicles are moved out of the work areas
- Residents or tenants have been notified where that is required
- Windows and doors in the work area are closed
- Personal items, furniture, and grills are cleared from the areas being cleaned
If we arrive and cannot access the property or the water is unavailable, we may need to reschedule and a return trip charge may apply.
05 · Scheduling and weather
We schedule jobs in the order they are booked. Dates are confirmed once the deposit is received.
Larger commercial jobs run several days. On multi-day work we clean in sections so the property stays usable. Parking garages are done by level.
Weather moves schedules. Rain, lightning, and high wind stop work for safety and for results. If we have to push a day, we will tell you as early as we can.
06 · Payment terms
We accept bank transfer (ACH), check, and major credit cards. Bank transfer is preferred on commercial work. Card payments may carry a processing fee.
Our standard terms:
| Term | Detail |
|---|---|
| Deposit | 25% due when a commercial quote is approved. This confirms your dates. |
| Balance | Net 15 from the invoice date. |
| Long jobs | Jobs running multiple weeks may be invoiced in stages as work is completed. |
| Small jobs | Payment in full on completion. |
If a payment is more than 15 days late, we may charge interest at 1.5% per month (18% per year) on the unpaid balance. You agree to pay reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if we have to chase payment.
We may pause or stop work on an account with an unpaid overdue balance.
07 · Final walkthrough and acceptance
Before we pack up, we walk the completed scope with you or your representative. If something is not right, we fix it before we leave.
Once you or your representative signs off, the job is accepted as complete.
If you find a workmanship issue after we leave, contact us within 15 days and we will come back and address it. Re-soiling from weather, traffic, or new staining after we finish is not a workmanship issue.
08 · Cancellation
You can cancel an approved job before the scheduled start date. If you cancel:
- More than 7 days before the start date, your deposit is refunded in full
- Within 7 days of the start date, the deposit covers our lost scheduling and mobilization
- After work has started, you owe for labor, materials, and travel used to date
We may cancel a job if site conditions are unsafe, if access or water cannot be provided, if the property was misrepresented, or if payment terms are not met. We will refund anything you paid that we have not earned.
09 · Insurance and liability
We carry general liability insurance. Certificates are available on request and we can name your property as additional insured where your management company requires it.
We are responsible for damage we cause through negligence. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or conditions as described in Section 04
- Damage from hidden conditions we could not see during the walkthrough
- Water entry through gaps, failed seals, or openings left unsecured
- Damage caused by acts of nature, vandalism, or third parties
- Landscaping stress where plants were already unhealthy, despite pre-wetting and rinsing
- Re-soiling, regrowth, or new staining after we complete the work
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost rent, lost business, or tenant claims.
10 · Photos and reviews
We photograph before and after on every job. We use those photos for quality control, job documentation, and our own marketing, including our website, Google profile, social media, and advertising.
We will not publish photos showing identifying details such as unit numbers, license plates, or faces without your written approval. If you do not want photos of your property used in our marketing at all, tell us before we start and we will keep them internal.
If you leave us a review online, you give us permission to share that review on our website and in our marketing.
11 · Website use
Our website exists to give you information and let you request a quote. By using it, you agree:
- Not to scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission
- Not to use the site to send spam, malware, or anything harmful
- To give us accurate information when you submit a quote request
We can change, update, or remove anything on the site at any time without notice.
12 · Communications
When you submit a quote request, give us your number, or text us, you agree we can contact you by phone, text, and email about your project and our services. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email. Messages about a job already in progress will still come through.
13 · Disputes
If something goes wrong, talk to us first. Most issues get fixed fast. Call 407-495-9186 or email info@greenearthpressurewash.com and we will make it right.
If we cannot work it out, these Terms are governed by Florida law. Any lawsuit gets filed in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, Florida. You and we both agree to that jurisdiction.
14 · Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the business grows or laws change. The latest version always lives on this page with the “Last Updated” date at the top. If you keep using our services after we update, you accept the new version.
15 · Other stuff
If any part of these Terms is not enforceable, the rest still stands. These Terms, plus your approved quote, are the full agreement between you and us. They replace anything said before in conversation or email.
You cannot transfer your contract with us to someone else without our written approval.
