Our home market and where the shop is. Hospitality and retail volume, with the scheduling constraints that come with both — we work overnight and off-peak so guests and shoppers never see the trucks.

Daytona Beach
An hour up I-4 from the shop, and the closest thing to a second home market. Oceanfront buildings take salt spray on one side and event-weekend traffic on the other, so the work here is heavier on soft washing and tighter on scheduling than anywhere else we go.

Jacksonville
Northeast Florida's spread-out commercial stock, from downtown structured parking to the beaches communities. Hard water and coastal algae both, so most of this market is hot water and soft wash rather than pressure.

Southwest Florida runs on community associations, and community associations run on curb appeal. Barrel tile roof soft washing and community sidewalk programs are the bulk of what we do here, and the salt air means most of it is soft wash rather than pressure.
