Green Earth Power Wash Orlando is the certified fictitious name (DBA) of Murphy Pro Wash LLC, a Florida limited liability company, based in Orlando, Florida, and is an independently owned and operated franchise of Green Earth Power Wash. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Murphy Pro Wash LLC trading as Green Earth Power Wash Orlando. “You” means anyone who visits our website, contacts us, or hires us.

• Send occasional marketing, which you can opt out of anytime
• Meet our legal, tax, and franchise reporting obligations

05 · Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We never have. We never will.

We share information only with vendors who help us run the business:

• Jobber, our job management software, to quote, schedule, and invoice
• Payment processors, to handle ACH and card payments
• Email and text tools, to send service messages and updates
• Hosting and website providers, who run our site and store our files
• Our accountant and bookkeeper, for tax and financial work
• Our franchisor, where the franchise agreement requires reporting
• Our insurance carrier, if a claim is involved

Each of those vendors has its own privacy practices. We only share what they need to do their job.

We may also share information if the law requires it, such as a court order, subpoena, or tax audit, or if we need to protect ourselves or someone else from harm or fraud.

06 · Text messages

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Green Earth Power Wash Orlando may send you text messages about your quote, your schedule, the crew arriving, job updates, and account matters.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

07 · Photos of your property

We photograph before and after on every job. We use those photos for:

• Documenting the condition of the property before we start
• Showing the completed work
• Quality control and crew training
• Our website, Google profile, social media, and advertising

We will not publish photos showing identifying details such as unit numbers, license plates, or faces without your written approval. If you do not want photos of your property used in our marketing at all, tell us before we start and we will keep them internal to the job record.

08 · How long we keep it

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. We may need to keep some of it for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

09 · How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe:

• Encrypted website traffic (HTTPS)
• Password-protected business accounts with two-step verification
• Limited access to customer information inside the company
• Reputable vendors with their own security standards

No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do our best.

Our website and services are not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to other sites such as Google, Facebook, or review platforms. Those sites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for what they do with your information.

13 · Out-of-state visitors

We operate out of Florida. If you visit our site or contact us from another state or country, your information is stored and processed in the United States under US law.

14 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows or laws change. The latest version always lives on this page with the “Last Updated” date at the top. Significant changes get posted at the top of the page.
