What we collect

We collect information you give us directly — your name, phone number, email address, property address, and any details you share about the work you need. That happens when you submit a quote request, call us, or email us. We do not ask for and do not want payment card details through this website.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule and perform work, invoice you, and follow up about the job. If you become a customer, we may contact you about scheduled or recurring service. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use Jobber, a third-party field service management platform, to receive quote requests and manage scheduling, estimates, and invoicing. Information you submit through our request form is processed by Jobber on our behalf. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the business, and where we’re required to by law.

The request form on our quote page

The estimate request form on our quote page is hosted by Jobber and displayed inside our page. When that page loads, your browser connects to Jobber to fetch the form, so Jobber receives standard connection information such as your IP address and browser type, along with the page address you came from. If you arrived through a marketing link, the campaign tags in that link are submitted with your request so we know where the enquiry came from.

Jobber may use Google reCAPTCHA on the form to block automated submissions, which involves Google receiving information about your interaction with it. Jobber’s handling of the information you submit is governed by Jobber’s own privacy policy in addition to ours. If you would rather not use the embedded form, call or email us and we will take your details directly.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add website analytics in the future, we’ll update this policy to say what’s collected and why.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email info@greenearthpressurewash.com or call (561) 653-8010 and we’ll take care of it. Some records — completed work orders and invoices — we’re required to retain for tax and legal purposes.

Children

This site is intended for business and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
